The cliCHair Balance is the annual review through which we update our price lists transparently and responsibly, maintaining balance between value, quality and sustainability.
Every decision is based on real data, continuous analysis and collaboration with partners and suppliers, ensuring fair and consistent conditions aligned with the cliCHair philosophy.
1. What is the cliCHair Balance
Every year, in the month of January, cliCHair carries out the cliCHair Balance: a moment of analysis and realignment that takes into account market trends and relationships throughout the supply chain.
It is not a simple price update but a process of balance and responsibility that protects customers, partners and economic sustainability.
The goal is clear:
- to improve conditions whenever possible,
- to keep them stable when there are no significant changes,
- and only in exceptional cases to apply targeted and proportionate adjustments.
2. How it works
Throughout the year cliCHair continuously monitors:
- the costs of raw materials, packaging and logistics;
- market trends and purchasing behaviors;
- agreements with partners and suppliers.
The collected analyses are processed using artificial intelligence tools that handle the data neutrally and are then verified by the cliCHair team, which decides whether, how and where to intervene.
During the cliCHair Balance:
- if costs decrease or purchase volumes increase, cliCHair lowers prices or improves B2B discounts;
- if costs rise, it keeps the price lists unchanged or makes only partial adjustments to commercial conditions;
- only as a last resort, and never on a large scale, selective increases are applied.
Changes may occur progressively during the month of January, depending on the technical timing of system updates.
3. What changes for you
The adjustments from the cliCHair Balance may concern prices, discounts or commissions, either upward or downward.
Most products and customers are not affected by changes, but when they occur, they reflect fairer, more sustainable and consistent conditions with the market.
For professional partners, the cliCHair Balance may include new discount or margin conditions, defined according to contracts and agreed volumes.
We invite you, starting from February, to check that your price lists and B2B or partner conditions are up to date.
All adjustments are applied automatically in the cliCHair systems, but a periodic check ensures that margins, resale prices and commissions remain perfectly aligned with the new Balance rules.
