This document defines the Terms of Service for the use of the website and services offered by cliCHair.ch, a registered trademark of ÜLTIMA hair concept Sàrl. By using our services, you fully accept these terms.

Customers and B2B Professional Accounts

Consumer: A natural person purchasing for personal use. Prices displayed for this category are inclusive of VAT.

Professional Account (B2B): Reserved exclusively for verified hairdressers, stylists, and industry retailers.

  • B2B account activation is granted only upon request and after manual verification by the cliCHair team.
  • Once verified, professionals access dedicated price lists (VAT excluded), reserved purchasing conditions, and the Complete Catalogue, which includes technical lines visible only to registered B2B users.
  • Sharing B2B access credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited; any violation will result in immediate account termination.

Pricing and Billing

For private consumers, prices are inclusive of VAT. For Professionals and Retailers accessing through a verified B2B account, prices are displayed excluding VAT (Net Price).

cliCHair adopts a "Pure Digital" model based on transparent real prices, eliminating fictitious percentage discounts to ensure maximum structural margin for professionals.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Green Ecosystem: Every cliCHair shipment is 100% carbon-neutral, with emissions offset integrated into the service.
  • Timelines: Orders received by 12:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are processed and shipped the same day.
  • Security: All professional deliveries are made exclusively against a signature upon receipt to ensure the safety of technical products.
  • Damage Reporting: Any visible damage or anomalies must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic documentation.

Return and Refund Policy

A return can be requested within 14 days of receipt.

  • Conditions: Products must be intact, unused, and still sealed in their original packaging. For hygienic and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or tested items.
  • Fees: For returns not due to a cliCHair error, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and a 5% restocking fee will be applied.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days following verification of the returned product's integrity.

Subscription Program

The cliCHair subscription service allows you to automate your supplies with maximum flexibility. Users can pause, modify, or cancel their subscription at any time directly from their account without penalties or hidden fees.

Property and Liability

All website content (text, AI interfaces, logos) belongs to cliCHair.com. Professionals are solely responsible for the technical application of purchased products; cliCHair declines any liability for damages resulting from improper use or non-compliance with official technical protocols.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. For any dispute, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Lausanne, Switzerland.

This page outlines the shipping terms for orders placed through cliCHair.com. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions. cliCHair reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice to reflect logistics and market balance adjustments.

Sustainability is a core pillar of our method. Every shipment processed by cliCHair is 100% carbon-neutral. Through our partnership with DHL GoGreen, Shopify Planet, and clichAIR Eco, we offset all transport-related CO2 emissions and invest in carbon removal technologies at no extra cost to you.

Standard Shipping (DHL Express)

Our premium shipping partner for Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Fast, reliable, and secure.

  • Orders below CHF 150: CHF 9.80
  • Orders over CHF 150: FREE
  • 🔐 Signature Required: To ensure the safety of your professional products, all deliveries are made exclusively against a signature upon receipt.

Order Fulfillment Times

  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM (Mon–Fri): Processed and shipped same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM: Processed and shipped next business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays or during weekends are processed the following Monday.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and mobile number are correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Shipping (Malta)

Dedicated B2B logistics to Malta via DHL Express Worldwide (Air Transport).

  • Small Export Logistics (Orders below €490): €129.90
  • Medium Export Logistics (Orders €490 – €989.99): €99.90
  • Large Export Logistics (Orders €990 – €1889.99): €69.90
  • Free Export Logistics (Orders from €1890): FREE

🚫 AIR TRANSPORT RESTRICTIONS: In compliance with international aviation safety standards, flammable products—specifically aerosol hairsprays and oxidants (cream developers)—cannot be shipped to Malta. These items are unavailable for international delivery.

Customs & Duties: Import taxes and customs duties are not included in the price and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Products

If your package arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and items.
  2. Keep all original packaging for carrier inspection.
  3. Email the images and your order number to our support team immediately.

cliCHair will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is verified.

Refund policy

Self-Service Return Procedure

cliCHair provides a fully automated return process. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

You can initiate a return via:

  • The Self-Service function (requires an active registered account).
  • Emailing our customer care team directly.

Eligibility Conditions

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Defective products: Items that are damaged or differ from their description.
  • Change of mind: Only if the item is intact, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.

⚠️ HYGIENE & SAFETY POLICY

For strict hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed products (e.g., shampoos, masks, brushes). If the protective seal is broken or the product shows any sign of use, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

Restocking Fee

For returns not due to a cliCHair error (e.g., mistaken purchase or change of mind), a handling fee of 5% of the product price will be deducted to cover logistical and quality control costs.

(No fee is charged if the product is defective).

Shipping Costs & Liability

Standard Returns

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

⚠️ UNDELIVERABLE / UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to customer error, specifically:

  • Incorrect Address provided at checkout.
  • Failure to collect the package from the pickup point/post office within the time limit.
  • Refusal of the package upon delivery.

The return shipping costs charged by the carrier plus the original shipping fees will be DEDUCTED from your refund.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

Cancellation policy

Subscribe with cliCHair: Practical, Secure, Intelligent

With a cliCHair subscription, you receive your favorite products automatically and hassle-free. Save time, simplify your routine, and always stay stocked with full control and flexibility. Subscribers also benefit from priority stock access and exclusive promotional conditions.

How it Works

When purchasing an eligible product, you can choose a subscription option. This allows you to receive the product at regular intervals (e.g., every 30 or 60 days) with automatic billing. The system will handle everything—no manual steps required after the initial setup.

Manage Your Subscription

You have full control via your customer account (accessible via a secure magic link). You can:

  • Modify payment methods or shipping addresses.
  • Pause or skip a delivery.
  • Cancel the subscription at any time.

⚠️ CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION DEADLINE

To avoid being charged for the next scheduled delivery, any changes or cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date. Requests made after an automated order has been generated cannot be applied to that specific shipment.

Pricing & Billing

  • Price Adjustments: Subscription orders are billed at the current website price at the time the order is generated. If a price change occurs, it will be automatically reflected in your next billing.
  • Payment Failures: If a payment is declined (e.g., expired card), our system will attempt to re-bill. If unsuccessful after several attempts, the subscription will be automatically paused until payment details are updated.
  • Shipping Costs: Subscription orders are subject to the standard Shipping Policy thresholds.

No Commitment

The cliCHair subscription model is designed for maximum freedom. There are no hidden fees, no long-term contracts, and no cancellation penalties. Everything is transparent and manageable directly by you.

By completing a subscription purchase at checkout, you explicitly confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms, in compliance with Swiss and Shopify regulations.
