Standard Shipping (DHL Express)

Our premium shipping partner for Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Fast, reliable, and secure.

  • Orders below CHF 150: CHF 9.80
  • Orders over CHF 150: FREE
  • 🔐 Signature Required: To ensure the safety of your professional products, all deliveries are made exclusively against a signature upon receipt.

Order Fulfillment Times

  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM (Mon–Fri): Processed and shipped same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM: Processed and shipped next business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays or during weekends are processed the following Monday.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and mobile number are correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Shipping (Malta)

Dedicated B2B logistics to Malta via DHL Express Worldwide (Air Transport).

  • Large Export Logistics (Orders €990 – €1889.99): €69.90
  • Free Export Logistics (Orders from €1890): FREE

🚫 AIR TRANSPORT RESTRICTIONS: In compliance with international aviation safety standards, flammable products—specifically aerosol hairsprays and oxidants (cream developers)—cannot be shipped to Malta. These items are unavailable for international delivery.

Customs & Duties: Import taxes and customs duties are not included in the price and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Products

If your package arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and items.
  2. Keep all original packaging for carrier inspection.
  3. Email the images and your order number to our support team immediately.

cliCHair will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is verified.
