Delivery area: cliCHair ships exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We do not deliver to any other destination.

Order Fulfillment Times

Orders placed by 12:00 PM (Mon–Fri): Processed and shipped same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM: Processed and shipped next business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays or during weekends are processed the following Monday.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and mobile number are correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Products

If your package arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery:

Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and items.
Keep all original packaging for carrier inspection.
Email the images and your order number to our support team immediately.

cliCHair will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is verified.
