A lightweight no-rinse lotion applied to the scalp and hair after washing. Pro-Vitamin B5 (Panthenol) hydrates and regenerates, while birch and nettle extracts tone the scalp and help support the hair fibre. It suits all hair types and leaves hair soft and silky without weighing it down.

What is the difference from D-Panthenol Blue?
Oro is a toning, strengthening treatment for all hair types; Blue adds blue-violet pigments to neutralize yellow tones in gray and white hair.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
