It walks you step by step through setting up your store, showing how to connect to cliCHair correctly, configure product policies, and define returns management according to the required collaboration standards.

By following these instructions you will be able to:

• Connect your Shopify store to cliCHair as an official supplier.

• Configure custom rules for importing, syncing, and managing products.

• Set clear return policies, with timelines and costs aligned with cliCHair agreements.

1. Access settings

Open your Shopify admin and go to Apps → Collective → Settings to start configuration.

2. Initial overview

View the three main blocks: Policies, Discovery, and Signup link. Select Product policies.

3. Product Policies section

Here you can manage default rules or create custom ones. Click Add policy.

4. Start creating a new policy

Click Add policy to begin configuring the policy dedicated to cliCHair.

5. Policy name

Enter the name cliCHair and prepare the sections: Importing, Syncing details, and Handling errors.

6. Importing section

Open Importing → Edit and choose:

1. Manual import

2. Import as Draft

3. Publish to: Online Store + Shop

7. Save Importing

Confirm your choices with Done to apply manual import mode.

8. Syncing details section

Open Syncing details → Edit and enable:

• Retail price

• Compare-at price

9. Review syncing

Confirm the choices to correctly sync the prices provided by cliCHair.

10. Handling errors section

Open Handling errors → Edit and select Set inventory to 0 if unsellable.

11. Save error rules

Confirm changes with Done to save inventory safety settings.

12. Add supplier

At the bottom of the page, click Add suppliers to link cliCHair as a supplier.

13. Select cliCHair

Search and select cliCHair.ch from the list of available suppliers.

14. Confirm supplier

Click Done, then Save to permanently save the cliCHair policy.

15. Create return policy

Go back to Settings → Return policies and click Add return policy.

16. Return policy name

Name the new return policy cliCHair.

17. Processing settings

In Processing, choose Collective requests that supplier creates return label and set 2 days.

18. Confirm processing

Verify that return label handling is active for cliCHair.

19. Return window and fees

Set:

• Return window: 14 days

• Return label fee: CHF 5.90

• Restocking fee: 5%

20. Save return window

Confirm with Done to record the settings.

21. Cancellations configuration

Set Cancellations: Automatically cancel return.

22. Refunds configuration

Enable Customer refunds: Automatically refund customer.

23. Add cliCHair to the return policy

In the Suppliers section, click Add suppliers.

Select cliCHair.ch and click Done.

25. Final save

Confirm the policy with Save. All cliCHair settings are now active.
