Are these real professional products?

Yes. Same formulas and same formats as professional distribution, imported directly from the manufacturers. No lighter versions for the online channel, no stock of uncertain origin.

How much product do I actually need?

These are concentrated formulas: the correct dose is almost always smaller than the one used out of habit.

Every product page shows volume, dose per application and frequency. For technical treatments you also find the mixing ratio and processing times, so you can work out the cost per service before ordering.
How do I choose between two similar products?

Look at the problem, not the name. Two products from the same line can work on different mechanisms: one seals the cuticle, the other rebuilds the fibre.

clichAIr reads the INCI and tells you which of the two fits the specific case, in what order and how often. On request it also calculates the cost per application.
Where do these products come from?

We import directly from the manufacturers and hold stock in Switzerland. No parallel market, no goods of uncertain origin.
