DESCRIPTION
What is NIKA Activators?
NIKA Activators is the oxidising cream developer for Grace Color and for the Blondeness lightening powder, in five volumes from 5 to 40 vol and 1000 ml bottles. Each volume has a precise role in the NIKA colour service manual: 5 and 10 vol for tone on tone and toning, 10 vol for depositing colour, 20 vol to lift 1 tone, 30 vol for 2 tones and 40 vol for 3 tones, or 4 tones with the extra lifts. Its creamy texture mixes evenly with the colour cream and stays where it is applied.

How to use NIKA Activators
- Wear gloves and use a non-metal bowl.
- Choose the volume by the result wanted (see the tables).
- Measure the colour or the powder and the Activator at the ratio of the service (1:1.5 for the Grace Color shades, 1:2 for extra lifts, toners and Blondeness).
- Mix until smooth and apply straight away.
- Process for the time of the service, then rinse and finish with a care for colour-treated or lightened hair.
Expert colourist tips for NIKA Activators
- Blondeness: for most lightening services 20 or 30 vol is enough; 40 vol only rarely, for the maximum lift.
- Extra lifts: for a gentler lift many colourists use 10, 20 or 30 vol and adjust the time between 30 and 60 minutes.
- Porous hair: on lightened, very porous hair the colour takes faster: 5 vol is the gentler choice.

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.
Under CHF 99 shipping costs CHF 5.80. From CHF 99 it is free.
Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.
All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels
If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.
If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.
For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.
If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
Subscription
On products that offer it you can set up automatic delivery every 30 or 60 days, with automatic billing. Subscribers have priority access to stock.
You can pause, skip a delivery, change address or payment method and cancel at any time from your account, with no penalty.
Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing: once the order has been generated they no longer apply to that shipment.
Each order is billed at the price in force on that day.
