When a customer orders on your site, the system activates a two-minute security window for the anti-fraud filter. Once this check is passed, the order is forwarded to us: if received by 12:00 PM (Mon-Fri), it ships the same day. The tracking code is instantly synchronized in your dashboard, without any manual intervention. Flexible management: the ability to cancel orders not yet fulfilled directly from your control panel.

The payment flow is designed to protect your finances: the wholesale cost (reserved cost price) is automatically charged only when order fulfillment is requested. ASSISTANCE
INTEGRATED RETURNS AND FAST REPORTING
Return management can be initiated directly from your admin panel. For hygiene reasons, cliCHair exclusively accepts products that are intact, unused, and still sealed. The wholesale cost refund is triggered after physical verification of the item's integrity, with a potential restocking fee for returns not caused by technical errors. Any visible damage to packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
