HOW TO USE THEM

A chart is a consultation tool before it is a catalogue. Hold the swatch against the client's own hair, in daylight where possible, so the expectation is set on a real reference instead of a photo on a phone. Keep a chart at each working station rather than a single copy behind the counter, and replace it as soon as the swatches fade or the tips are worn: a discoloured chart makes you promise a result you cannot deliver. The Up6 Mini exists for this, a second copy that moves with you through the salon. Every shade shown in the charts is available in cliCHair Colouring.

Look at the problem, not the name. Two products from the same line can work on different mechanisms: one seals the cuticle, the other rebuilds the fibre.
