What is the cliCHair Gift Card?
The cliCHair Gift Card is a digital gift card for the cliCHair shop, available from CHF 50 to CHF 500, that lets the recipient choose professional haircare from NIKA, Code Zero and Edelstein: shampoos, masks, styling, tools and accessories. The recipient receives a personal code by email and redeems it at checkout on clichair.ch.
It is an easy gift for anyone who cares about their hair: the recipient picks the products that suit their hair and routine, from a care line for coloured hair to a brush or a styling favourite.
How it works
- Choose the amount: CHF 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400 or 500.
- Add a personal message for the recipient and complete the order.
- The recipient receives the gift card code by email.
- At checkout on clichair.ch, the code is entered in the gift card field and its value is deducted from the order total.

Prices, VAT and professional account
The prices you see are for private customers, VAT included. With a verified professional account this same page shows net prices excluding VAT, reserved purchasing conditions and the complete catalogue, including technical lines visible only to professionals.

How long does it last and what does it cost per use?
These are concentrated professional formulas: the correct dose is almost always smaller than the one used out of habit.
Where available, the product page shows the dose per application and the number of uses per pack. From there you get the real cost per wash or per service, which matters more than the price of the bottle.

How can I pay?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Twint, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Klarna also lets you pay later, under the conditions Klarna presents at checkout.
Transactions are handled by certified providers: cliCHair does not store your card details.
Shipping costs and delivery times
We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.
Under CHF 99 shipping costs CHF 5.80. From CHF 99 it is free.
Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.
All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels
If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.
If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.
For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.
If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
Subscription
On products that offer it you can set up automatic delivery every 30 or 60 days, with automatic billing. Subscribers have priority access to stock.
You can pause, skip a delivery, change address or payment method and cancel at any time from your account, with no penalty.
Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing: once the order has been generated they no longer apply to that shipment.
Each order is billed at the price in force on that day.
