How to use Puff Up

3. Dispense the powder directly onto the roots of each section, holding the pack close for targeted application.
4. Massage the scalp with the fingertips in circular motions to work the powder in and lift the roots.
5. For extra-strong volume, apply a blast of cold air while holding the roots lifted with the fingers.
6. Quick touch-up: tap a small amount onto the flat areas, shake the roots with the fingers and run the rest through the lengths.
