What is Byebact Hand Gel?
Byebact Hand Gel by Edelstein is a no-rinse, alcohol-based hand gel for hand hygiene in salons, offices, shops and homes, sold in a 1-litre bottle. A small amount is rubbed over both hands until dry, with no water. Alcohol Denat. is the first ingredient of the formula.

Results
Hands are cleaned without water and dry within moments of rubbing. The feel on the skin also depends on how often the gel is used and on the condition of the skin.
How to use Byebact Hand Gel
- Apply a small amount to the palm.
- Rub both hands, including the backs, the wrists and between the fingers, until completely dry. No rinsing is needed.
- Avoid contact with the eyes; do not apply on irritated skin or open wounds.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and flames.
For professionals
- Service: hand hygiene before and between clients, at the reception and at the stations.
- Amount per use: about 3 ml; a 1 L bottle gives around 330 uses.
- Formats: 1 L bottle, for manual or automatic dispensers.
- At the station: Remov Up removes colour stains from the skin after a colour service.

Does Byebact Hand Gel need rinsing?
No: it is a no-rinse gel, rubbed in until the hands are dry.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
It contains fragrance with Citral, Citronellol, Geraniol, Hexyl Cinnamal and Limonene: anyone with a known allergy to these ingredients should not use it. It is not applied on irritated skin or open wounds.
Can it be used in a dispenser?
Yes: the 1-litre bottle is used with manual or automatic dispensers.
How many uses does a 1 L bottle give?
Around 330, at about 3 ml per use.

Shipping costs and delivery times
We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.
Under CHF 99 shipping costs CHF 5.80. From CHF 99 it is free.
Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.
All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels
If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.
If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.
For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.
If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
Subscription
On products that offer it you can set up automatic delivery every 30 or 60 days, with automatic billing. Subscribers have priority access to stock.
You can pause, skip a delivery, change address or payment method and cancel at any time from your account, with no penalty.
Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing: once the order has been generated they no longer apply to that shipment.
Each order is billed at the price in force on that day.
