Anyone who runs a salon knows it: orders to suppliers get done in spare moments, between a blow-dry and a processing time. Opening one product at a time, going back, looking for the right shade, trying to remember how many you took last time... these are minutes no hairdresser has.
That is why we built Quick Order. It is a tool made only for professionals: it turns the cliCHair catalogue into an order sheet to fill in, like the paper price list you know, only faster and smarter.
Quick Order as a PRO salon sees it. In this picture PRO prices, totals and profit are hidden: when you log in, you see your own.
Where to find it
When you log in with your PRO account, Quick Order is on the homepage, right below the clichAIr search bar. Visitors who are not logged in do not see it: that is where your reserved prices appear.
How to use it, in 4 steps
- Choose the brand. At the top there is one tab per brand (NIKA, Code Zero, Edelstein) and the "All" tab. Inside a brand, its lines appear as filters, plus two links: "Discover the brand" and "All products".
- Find the product. You can narrow down by type (Colours, Shampoo, Treatments, Masks...) or type the name of a product or a shade in the search field, for example "7.1". The search covers the whole catalogue.
- Choose the quantities. Use the + and − buttons, or type the number. If you choose a pack size (Single, 3, 6 or 12), each + adds a full pack. The quantity always stays free.
- One click and you are done. At the bottom you always see how many products and pieces you have chosen and the total. Press "Add to cart": all the lines go into the cart together. Then you complete the order as usual.
What each line tells you
- Your PRO price, VAT excluded: it is the price of your account, not a calculated one.
- Your last order of that product, with quantity and date, for example "Last order: 2 pcs · 11.09.2026". With the ★ My products button you see only what you have already ordered: reordering becomes a matter of seconds.
- Availability: "In stock" or "Only 5 left". Quantities never exceed the stock, so there are no surprises when you order.
- How many pieces are already in your cart, so you never order twice.
- On retail products, the recommended retail price and how much you earn on each piece you resell.
An example (figures made up for illustration)
Take a retail shampoo:
- example PRO price: 21.06 CHF;
- recommended retail price: 32.40 CHF incl. VAT, that is 29.97 CHF excl. VAT.
The line shows you "profit 8.91 CHF/pc". If you choose 6, at the bottom you read: total 126.36 CHF and "Estimated profit on resale to clients (excl. VAT): 53.46 CHF (margin 30%)".
Before you even buy, you know what the products you put on your shelf will bring you.

FAQ
I do not see Quick Order on the homepage. You need to be logged in with a verified PRO account. If you see retail prices, you have not logged in yet.
Can I order quantities different from the pack sizes? Yes. Pack sizes are only there to make things faster: you can always type the quantity you want. Some products have a minimum or fixed multiples, and the line tells you.
Is the profit shown guaranteed? No, it is an estimate. It is the difference between the recommended retail price from the cliCHair price list, VAT excluded, and your PRO price. It does not include your salon costs, and your selling price is always your choice. The profit only appears on products meant for resale.
I cannot find a product. Use the search in the "All" tab, or ask clichAIr from the bar on the homepage.
