HOW TO BUILD YOUR TOTAL BALANCE ROUTINE

Cleanse with Total Balance Shampoo, massaging the scalp with circular movements and leaving it on for 2 to 3 minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water. Follow with Total Balance Treatment. Use 2 to 3 times a week, or every other day on very oily hair alternating with a mild shampoo. Avoid very hot water, which can stimulate sebum production. Part of the Nika Healthy Scalp range.
