DESCRIPTION

What is Pure Verve Revita Shampoo No1?

Pure Verve Revita Shampoo No1 by Code Zero is the first step of the four-step Pure Verve system: a purifying shampoo at pH 4.5/5.0 for damaged, bleached or chemically treated hair weighed down by mineral and metal residues, chlorine and product build-up. A small amount is massaged thoroughly into damp hair, rinsed, and the hair is towel-dried well so that it is clean and ready for Elixir No2. Lauryl Glucoside and Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate give a soft lather without SLES/SLS, and the 1000 ml salon size covers the opening wash of every Pure Verve service.

Who Pure Verve Revita Shampoo No1 is for

  • Salons opening the four-step Pure Verve service.
  • Damaged, bleached or chemically treated hair before the Pure Verve care.
  • Hair weighed down by mineral or metal residues, chlorine or product build-up.
  • Home use as part of the Pure Verve routine, up to twice a week.

For the step that follows, or all four steps in one set, see the comparison below.

Key ingredients

  • Lauryl Glucoside and Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate: a soft cleansing base without SLES/SLS, with Cocamidopropyl Betaine, that clears residues and build-up.
  • Hydrolyzed Keratin: a keratin derivative that conditions the hair during the wash.
  • Castanea Sativa active water: a chestnut active water that completes the purifying formula.
  • Hydroxypropyl Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride and PEG-5 Cocomonium Methosulfate: conditioning agents that keep the lengths soft and easy to towel-dry after rinsing.

Results

After rinsing, the hair feels clean, light and free of residues and build-up, with soft lengths that are easy to towel-dry. The fibre is ready to take Elixir No2 and Moleculix No3, and the full Pure Verve service ends with hair that looks silkier and shinier after Mask No4.

How to use Pure Verve Revita Shampoo No1

  1. Apply a small amount to damp hair and massage thoroughly to remove metals and residues.
  2. Rinse, then towel-dry the hair well before the next step.
  3. In the professional protocol, follow with Elixir No2 (do not rinse), then Moleculix No3, layering phases 2 and 3 for 10-15 minutes under a heat source, then rinse.
  4. Finish with Mask No4 for 5 minutes, comb and rinse.
  5. Home care: up to twice a week.

For professionals

  • Service: step 1 of the Pure Verve service: the purifying wash before Elixir No2.
  • Amount per service: about 15 ml; around 66 washes per 1000 ml.
  • Formats: 1000 ml salon size, also in the Pure Verve Molecular Kit with the other three steps.
  • After the service: Pure Verve Revita Elixir No2 on the towel-dried hair, not rinsed, then Moleculix No3 under heat.
  • Home care to recommend: shampoo No1 itself in the Pure Verve routine, up to twice a week.

Pure Verve Revita Shampoo No1 compared

  • vs Pure Verve Revita Elixir No2: step 2 of the same system, a 200 ml leave-in elixir at pH 5.0/5.5 with keratin, wheat protein and sodium hyaluronate, distributed over the lengths and not rinsed. Shampoo No1 cleanses and prepares; Elixir No2 follows it on the towel-dried hair: in the salon the two always work in sequence.
  • vs Pure Verve Molecular Kit: the four Pure Verve steps, Shampoo No1, Elixir No2, Moleculix No3 and Mask No4, together in one set. Shampoo No1 on its own suits salons that restock the opening wash; the kit suits starting the service or a complete Pure Verve routine.

Why is the hair towel-dried well after Pure Verve Revita Shampoo No1?

Removing the excess water keeps Elixir No2 concentrated when it is distributed over the lengths.

How often can it be used at home?

Yes: it is made for damaged, bleached or chemically treated hair.

How long does it last and what does it cost per use?

These are concentrated professional formulas: the correct dose is almost always smaller than the one used out of habit.

Where available, the product page shows the dose per application and the number of uses per pack. From there you get the real cost per wash or per service, which matters more than the price of the bottle.
