Grace Color 3.0 Dark Natural Brown

Grace Color 3.0 Dark Natural Brown is a professional ammonia-free permanent colour cream from the Grace Color range. A level 3 dark natural brown with no unwanted undertone, designed for full grey coverage and as a deep, even base for further customisation. It must be mixed with developer before use.

How to use

  1. Mix Grace Color 3.0 with Activator in a 1:1.5 ratio (50 ml colour + 75 ml Activator), using 10, 20 or 30 vol developer according to the desired intensity and coverage; 20 vol for grey coverage.
  2. On virgin hair, apply first to lengths and ends and leave for 15 minutes, then apply to the roots for a further 30 minutes.
  3. On previously coloured hair, apply first to the regrowth and process for 30 minutes, then lightly dampen and emulsify through the lengths for a further 5-10 minutes for an even result.
  4. Add a little lukewarm water and gently massage to emulsify, then rinse until the water runs clear.
  5. Finish with a colour-safe shampoo and a nourishing mask.

Results and expectations

A rich, deep dark brown with even tone, natural shine and full grey coverage, and a reliable base for further customisation. The ammonia-free formula with hydrolyzed keratin, argan oil and grape seed oil is gentle on the scalp and helps keep the fibre soft and silky. As a permanent colour it grows out at the roots: plan a touch-up every 4 to 6 weeks.

Safety and patch test

Shipping costs and delivery times

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.

Under CHF 150 shipping costs CHF 5.80. Over CHF 150 it is free.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.

You can pause, skip a delivery, change address or payment method and cancel at any time from your account, with no penalty.
