Grace Color 4.5 Mahogany is an ammonia-free permanent cream colour at the medium-brown level (4) with a warm mahogany reflect (.5). It blends the depth of brown with warm mahogany undertones for a vibrant, multidimensional result that suits both warm and cool skin tones. The colour is always mixed with developer (Nika Activator) before application and is intended for professional application.

How to use

  1. Mix Grace Color 4.5 Mahogany in a 1:1.5 ratio with Nika Activator. Use 20 volumes for optimal coverage and intense reflections, or 30 volumes for greater intensity and brightness.
  2. Traditional colouring on natural hair: apply the mixture to lengths and ends and leave on for 15 minutes.
  3. Then apply to the roots and leave on for another 30 minutes.
  4. Previously coloured hair: apply only to the regrowth for 30 minutes. To even out lengths and ends, lightly dampen the hair, emulsify the colour, and leave on for another 5-10 minutes.
  5. At the end of the processing time, add a small amount of lukewarm water and gently massage the scalp to emulsify the colour.
  6. Rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear and apply a nourishing conditioner to seal the colour and prolong its duration.

Results and expectations

Expect a rich, warm mahogany brown with luminous, multidimensional depth and total grey coverage. As a permanent oxidative colour the result is long-lasting; visible regrowth typically appears after about 4-6 weeks, when a root touch-up keeps the depth uniform. A toning mask or gloss between services helps revive the mahogany reflections over time.

Shipping costs and delivery times

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.

Under CHF 150 shipping costs CHF 5.80. Over CHF 150 it is free.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
