Grace Color 5.03 Light Natural Gold Natural Brown is a professional ammonia-free permanent colour cream from the Grace Color range. A level 5 light brown with a natural gold reflect, designed for full grey coverage and a gentle service suited to sensitive scalps. It must be mixed with developer before use.

How to use

  1. Mix Grace Color 5.03 with NIKA Grace activator in a 1:1.5 ratio: 20 vol developer for total grey coverage and a more natural result, 30 vol for more intense, vibrant reflections.
  2. On virgin hair, apply the mixture to the lengths and ends and leave for 15 minutes, then distribute to the roots and develop for a further 30 minutes.
  3. On previously coloured hair, apply to the roots and process for 30 minutes, then emulsify onto the lengths for 5-10 minutes to even out the colour.
  4. Add a small amount of warm water and gently massage to emulsify, then rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear.
  5. Finish with a colour-protecting shampoo, followed by a conditioning treatment to lock in the colour and enhance shine.

Results and expectations

A balanced light brown with a warm gold reflect, full grey coverage and high shine. The ammonia-free formula with grape seed oil, hydrolyzed keratin and argan oil is gentle on the scalp and helps keep the fibre soft and nourished. As a permanent colour it grows out at the roots: plan a touch-up every 4 to 6 weeks.

Shipping costs and delivery times

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.

Under CHF 150 shipping costs CHF 5.80. Over CHF 150 it is free.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
