How to use

  1. Prepare the mixture in a 1:1.5 ratio, using Activator in 5, 10, 20, 30 or 40 volumes depending on the desired level of lift (20 vol for grey coverage).
  2. On virgin hair, apply to the lengths and ends and leave for 15 minutes, then distribute on the roots and through the hair and process for a further 30 minutes for even development.
  3. On previously coloured hair, apply only to the regrowth and process for 30 minutes, then emulsify with a little water and massage gently through the lengths and ends during the last 5-10 minutes.
  4. Slightly dampen the hair with lukewarm water, massage gently to emulsify, then rinse until the water runs clear.
  5. Finish with a shampoo and mask for coloured hair to extend longevity and shine.

Results and expectations

A natural, balanced light brown with full 100% grey coverage and no unwanted undertones, neither too warm nor too cool. The ammonia-free formula with hydrolyzed keratin, grape seed oil, argan oil and shea butter is gentle on the fibre and helps keep it soft and silky. As a permanent colour it grows out at the roots: plan a touch-up every 4 to 6 weeks.

Safety and patch test

Carry out an allergy alert test 48 hours before each application. This is an oxidative colour for professional use: for major changes, lightening or colour correction, rely on a qualified colourist. Wear gloves, avoid contact with the eyes and do not apply on an irritated scalp.

Is it really ammonia-free?

Yes. Grace Color develops with an ethanolamine alkaliser instead of ammonia, for a gentler service on the scalp while keeping full grey coverage.

Which developer should I use?

Use 20 vol for grey coverage. Lower volumes (5-10 vol) tone or deposit, while higher volumes (30-40 vol) give more lift, all mixed 1:1.5 (one part colour + 1.5 parts Activator).

Shipping costs and delivery times

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.

Under CHF 150 shipping costs CHF 5.80. Over CHF 150 it is free.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
