How to use

  1. Mix one part of Grace Color 5.62 with 1.5 parts of Activator (1:1.5): 10 vol to darken or tone pre-lightened hair, 20 vol for grey coverage or an intense even colour, 30 vol for more vibrant reflections.
  2. On virgin hair, apply first to the mid-lengths and ends and leave for 15 minutes, then apply to the roots and process for a further 30 minutes.
  3. On previously coloured hair, apply directly to the roots and process for 30 minutes, then emulsify through the mid-lengths and ends for the final 5-10 minutes.
  4. Emulsify with a little lukewarm water, massage for a few minutes, then rinse until the water runs clear.
  5. Wash with a shampoo for coloured hair and finish with a nourishing conditioner or mask.

Results and expectations

A light brown with luminous red-violet reflections, full grey coverage and a multidimensional, vibrant finish. The ammonia-free formula with hydrolyzed keratin, argan oil, avocado oil and shea butter is gentle on the fibre and helps keep it soft. As a permanent colour it grows out at the roots: plan a touch-up every 4 to 6 weeks. A light refresh on mid-lengths and ends with a 10 vol developer between services revives the reflections.

Safety and patch test

Carry out an allergy alert test 48 hours before each application. This is an oxidative colour for professional use: for major changes, lightening or colour correction, rely on a qualified colourist. Wear gloves, avoid contact with the eyes and do not apply on an irritated scalp.

Yes. Grace Color develops with an ethanolamine alkaliser instead of ammonia, for a gentler service on the scalp while keeping full grey coverage.

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.

Under CHF 150 shipping costs CHF 5.80. Over CHF 150 it is free.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
