Grace Color 7.03 Medium Natural Gold Natural Blonde is a professional ammonia-free permanent colour cream from the Grace Color range. A level 7 medium blonde with a natural gold reflect, free from cold undertones, designed for full grey coverage and a gentle service suited to sensitive scalps. It must be mixed with developer before use.

How to use

  1. Mix 1 part of Grace Color 7.03 with 1.5 parts of Activator in the appropriate volume: 20 vol for grey coverage and a natural intensity (40-45 minute processing time), or 30 vol for a more vibrant and luminous reflection (40-45 minutes).
  2. On never-coloured hair, apply the mixture to the lengths and ends for 15 minutes, then distribute onto the roots and leave for a further 30 minutes.
  3. On already coloured hair, apply only to the regrowth for 30 minutes, then in the last 5-10 minutes emulsify the colour onto the lengths for a uniform result.
  4. Add a small amount of lukewarm water and gently massage the colour into the lengths for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear.
  5. Apply a shampoo for coloured hair and a moisturising conditioner to lock in the colour and extend its longevity.

Results and expectations

A refined medium blonde with a warm gold reflect, free from cold undertones, with full grey coverage and high luminosity. The ammonia-free formula with grape seed oil, jojoba oil and shea butter is gentle on the scalp and helps keep the fibre soft and strong. As a permanent colour it grows out at the roots: plan a touch-up every 4 to 6 weeks.

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.

Under CHF 150 shipping costs CHF 5.80. Over CHF 150 it is free.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
