Grace Color 7.4 Copper

Grace Color 7.4 Copper is a professional ammonia-free permanent colour cream from the Grace Color range. Level 7, a medium copper blonde with warm golden and coppery reflects, designed for full grey coverage. It must be mixed with developer before use.

How to use

  1. Mix 50 ml of Grace Color 7.4 with 75 ml of Activator (1:1.5): 20 vol for tone-on-tone colour or full grey coverage, 30 vol for a more intense and bright result with enhanced reflects.
  2. On virgin hair, apply to the lengths and ends and leave for 15 minutes, then apply to the roots and leave for a further 30 minutes.
  3. On previously coloured hair, apply only to the regrowth and process for 30 minutes, then emulsify through the lengths for the last 5-10 minutes for an even result.
  4. Emulsify with a little lukewarm water, massage gently, then rinse until the water runs clear.
  5. Finish with a shampoo for colour-treated hair and a nourishing conditioner or mask.

Results and expectations

A warm, natural copper blonde with golden and coppery reflects, full grey coverage and luminous depth under any light. The ammonia-free formula with grape seed oil, argan oil and hydrolyzed keratin helps protect and rebuild the fibre, preventing the dryness typical of traditional dyes. As a permanent colour it grows out at the roots: plan a touch-up every 4 to 6 weeks.

Shipping costs and delivery times

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.

Under CHF 150 shipping costs CHF 5.80. Over CHF 150 it is free.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
Subscription

On products that offer it you can set up automatic delivery every 30 or 60 days, with automatic billing. Subscribers have priority access to stock.

You can pause, skip a delivery, change address or payment method and cancel at any time from your account, with no penalty.

Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing: once the order has been generated they no longer apply to that shipment.
