Grace Color 8.0 Light Natural Blonde

Grace Color 8.0 Light Natural Blonde is a professional ammonia-free permanent colour cream from the Grace Color range. Level 8, a neutral light natural blonde with no overly warm or cool undertone, designed for full grey coverage on a fibre that stays soft and protected. It is mixed with an Activator and developed before application.

How to use

  1. Mix 50 ml of Grace Color 8.0 with 75 ml of Activator (1:1.5): 20 vol (6%) for perfect grey coverage and a natural reflect, or 30 vol (9%) for more intensity and slight lightening.
  2. On virgin hair, apply from mid-lengths to ends and leave for 15 minutes, then apply to the roots and leave for a further 30 minutes.
  3. On previously coloured hair, apply to the regrowth and process for 30 minutes; to blend lengths and ends, emulsify with a little water in the last 5-10 minutes.
  4. Emulsify gently with lukewarm water, massage the scalp, then rinse until the water runs clear.
  5. Finish with a colour-safe shampoo and a nourishing mask.

Results and expectations

A neutral, luminous light blonde with full grey coverage and no unwanted undertones. The ammonia-free formula with grape seed oil, argan oil, hydrolyzed keratin and shea butter is gentle on the scalp and keeps the fibre soft. As a permanent colour it grows out at the roots: plan a touch-up every 4 to 6 weeks.

Shipping costs and delivery times

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.

Under CHF 150 shipping costs CHF 5.80. Over CHF 150 it is free.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
