How to use

  1. Mix Grace Color 8.71 with NIKA Grace Activator in a 1:1.5 ratio: 20 vol (6%) developer for even coverage and an intense colour, 30 vol (9%) for a brighter effect and subtle lightening.
  2. On natural hair, distribute the mixture over the lengths and ends and leave for 15 minutes, then apply to the roots and leave for a further 30 minutes.
  3. On previously coloured hair (root touch-up), apply the mixture to the roots and leave for 30 minutes.
  4. To even out the result, lightly dampen the hair and emulsify the colour over the lengths and ends during the last 5-10 minutes of processing.
  5. Add a little warm water, massage to emulsify, then rinse until the water runs clear and use a post-colour shampoo.

Results and expectations

A radiant, balanced light cold brown blonde with 100% grey coverage and high shine, free from unwanted golden or coppery reflections. The ammonia-free formula with hydrolyzed keratin, grape seed oil and argan oil keeps the fibre strong and protected. As a permanent colour it grows out at the roots: plan a touch-up every 4 to 6 weeks.

Under CHF 150 shipping costs CHF 5.80. Over CHF 150 it is free.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
