How to use

Mix 50 ml of Grace Color 9.71 with 75 ml of Activator (1:1.5): 20 vol (6%) for a natural, covering colour, 30 vol (9%) for more lightening and intensity.
On natural hair, apply the mixture to the mid-lengths and ends and leave for 15 minutes, then apply to the roots and leave for a further 30 minutes.
On previously coloured hair, apply only to the regrowth and leave for 30 minutes.
In the last 5-10 minutes, emulsify onto the lengths to even out the colour.
Add a little warm water, massage to emulsify, then rinse until the water runs clear and follow with a shampoo for coloured hair.

Results and expectations

A refined very light cold brown blonde with full grey coverage and a luminous, even result that neutralises warm tones. The ammonia-free formula with hydrolyzed keratin, argan oil, grape seed oil and bilberry extract keeps the fibre strong and protected. As a permanent colour it grows out at the roots: plan a touch-up every 4 to 6 weeks.

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
