Grace Color Silver

Grace Color Silver is an ammonia-free silver shade for cool, silvery tones. It is built to neutralise unwanted warm and yellow tones and to illuminate the hair with intense, cool reflections, ideal for cool blondes and naturally grey hair. The key pigment, 2-Amino-4-Hydroxyethylaminoanisole Sulfate, gives stable, long-lasting reflections. The colour is always mixed with developer (NIKA Grace Activator) before application and is intended for professional application.

How to use

  1. Mix the colour in a 1:2 ratio with the Activator, selecting the volume based on the desired effect: 5 volumes for subtle, temporary toning or 10 volumes for more intense and long-lasting neutralisation.
  2. Apply on dry, unwashed hair, distributing the colour evenly from roots to ends.
  3. On natural, never-coloured hair: apply to the lengths and ends and leave on for 15 minutes, then apply to the roots and leave on for another 30 minutes.
  4. On previously coloured hair or regrowth touch-ups: apply directly to the roots and process for 30 minutes, then emulsify onto the lengths for a final 5-10 minutes.
  5. At the end of the processing time, slightly dampen the hair and gently massage the colour for a few minutes to ensure an even distribution.
  6. Rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear, then follow with a hydrating conditioner or nourishing mask.

Results and expectations

Expect cool, luminous silver reflections with neutralised yellow and golden tones and full grey coverage. The developer choice sets the intensity: 5 volumes gives a subtle, temporary tone, while 10 volumes gives a more intense, longer-lasting neutralisation. Refresh the tone every 4-6 weeks to keep the result flawless, and use cool-toned care to slow yellowing between services.

Shipping costs and delivery times

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.

Under CHF 150 shipping costs CHF 5.80. Over CHF 150 it is free.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
