Results

Uniform, controlled lightening up to 9 levels, ideal for freehand and foil work. The keratin-enriched, dust-free formula helps protect elasticity and limit breakage, for a cleaner application and healthier-feeling hair after lifting.

How to use

  1. In a non-metallic bowl, mix the powder with Nika Reflection Activator at 10%, 20%, 30% or 40% until creamy and homogeneous.
  2. Apply immediately after mixing, dividing the hair into thin sections.
  3. Leave on for 20 to 45 minutes, checking the lightening level during the process. Never exceed 45 minutes.
  4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and follow with a specific post-bleaching shampoo and a restructuring mask.

Tips and routine

Always use disposable gloves, mix in a well-ventilated space, and never exceed the 45-minute maximum. For fragile or chemically treated hair, perform a sensitivity test 48 hours before and apply a restructuring mask after bleaching. Mix with the developer, Activators. Shipping costs and delivery times

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.

Under CHF 150 shipping costs CHF 5.80. Over CHF 150 it is free.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.

On products that offer it you can set up automatic delivery every 30 or 60 days, with automatic billing. Subscribers have priority access to stock.

You can pause, skip a delivery, change address or payment method and cancel at any time from your account, with no penalty.

Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing: once the order has been generated they no longer apply to that shipment.

Each order is billed at the price in force on that day.
