What is Hyalu?
Hyalu by NIKA, from the Age Restore line, is a leave-in conditioning spray with Sodium Hyaluronate that leaves dry, dull and colour-treated hair easier to detangle, softer and shinier. Sprayed on slightly damp hair after the wash and distributed along the lengths without rinsing, it combines conditioning agents (Quaternium-87, Behentrimonium Chloride, Cetrimonium Chloride) with the humectants Glycerin and Sodium Hyaluronate, grape seed oil and pearlescent mineral pigments that reflect light. The 100 ml bottle suits home use and finishing in the salon.

Results
After application the hair detangles more easily and feels softer, with more shine on dry, dull lengths. Sodium Hyaluronate and Glycerin help the hair retain moisture, and the pearlescent pigments reflect the light.
How to use Hyalu
- Shake the bottle well.
- After the wash, towel-dry the hair so that it is slightly damp.
- Spray along the entire length and distribute evenly with the hands or a brush.
- Do not rinse; proceed with styling. Hot styling tools are best not used immediately after application.
- Hyalu can also be applied to dry hair to refresh the lengths.
For professionals
- Service: finishing step of the wash and blow-dry and of Age Restore care services, before styling.
- Amount per service: about 3 ml; a 100 ml bottle gives around 33 applications. Long or thick hair needs more.
- Formats: 100 ml, the same bottle for the station and for home use.

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.
Under CHF 99 shipping costs CHF 5.80. From CHF 99 it is free.
Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.
All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels
If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.
If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.
For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.
If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
Subscription
On products that offer it you can set up automatic delivery every 30 or 60 days, with automatic billing. Subscribers have priority access to stock.
You can pause, skip a delivery, change address or payment method and cancel at any time from your account, with no penalty.
Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing: once the order has been generated they no longer apply to that shipment.
Each order is billed at the price in force on that day.
