What is Xflex Atomizer?
Xflex Atomizer is Edelstein's aftershave atomizer of the Xflex line, made to spray Xflex aftershave lotion in a fine, even mist over the face and neck at the end of the shave. Refilled with lotion from the 375 ml barbershop bottle, it lays a light, uniform veil on the skin with a few presses, for a fresh, clean finish to the service. It gives the barber station a professional touch and keeps the dose of lotion light and even.

How to use Xflex Atomizer
- Fill the atomizer with Xflex aftershave lotion from the 375 ml bottle.
- After the shave, rinse off the remaining foam and pat the skin dry.
- Hold the atomizer a short distance from the face and spray a light mist over the shaved areas of face and neck, with the eyes closed.
- Massage the lotion in with both hands, avoiding broken or irritated skin.

Material and care
When changing lotion, rinse the atomizer with lukewarm water and spray clean water through the nozzle until it runs clear. Let it dry before refilling. Keep it away from heat sources and direct sunlight.

Shipping costs and delivery times
We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.
Under CHF 99 shipping costs CHF 5.80. From CHF 99 it is free.
Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.
All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels
If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.
If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.
For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.
If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
Subscription
On products that offer it you can set up automatic delivery every 30 or 60 days, with automatic billing. Subscribers have priority access to stock.
You can pause, skip a delivery, change address or payment method and cancel at any time from your account, with no penalty.
Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing: once the order has been generated they no longer apply to that shipment.
Each order is billed at the price in force on that day.
