On cliCHair, logging in isn't required to place an order, but for professionals it makes all the difference. Without logging in, you see cliCHair as a private customer: a reduced catalogue, public retail prices, and none of the features built for your salon. Unlocking the PRO version takes just a few seconds. Here's how, step by step.
Why you should log in
The moment you sign in with your verified professional account, the entire site changes for you:
- Reserved Net prices: you see professional prices (VAT excluded), not retail ones.
- Full catalogue: you unlock the technical lines, salon formats, and professional kits that private customers can't see.
- Tailored browsing: the homepage, pages, and content adapt to your professional profile, with no more consumer-oriented views and buttons.
When to do it: right away
You can log in just before payment, but our advice is to log in as soon as you arrive on the site. That way you browse from the very start with Net prices, the full catalogue, and the right experience, with no risk of adding products at retail price to your cart and noticing too late.
How to log in, step by step
There are two ways to sign in. Both take you to the same place.
Method 1: the profile icon (always available). At the top right of every page on the site, you'll find the silhouette (person) icon. Click it to open the login screen.
Method 2: the link on the homepage. On the homepage, below the "PRO CATALOGUE PREVIEW" button, you'll find the link "Already registered? Log in to your account". Click it to sign in.
Once the login screen opens:
- Enter your professional email (the one you used when registering).
- Receive a temporary code by email. No password needed. Open the email and copy the code.
- Paste the code into the field and confirm. You're in.
Have the Shop app installed? Logging in is even faster: you can often just confirm from the app without even waiting for the email code.
Tip: if the system offers to remember your email, accept. Future logins, especially on desktop, will be much quicker.
The step you shouldn't skip after logging in
As soon as you log in, cliCHair automatically takes you to your profile page (Profile / Orders / PRO Area). This is normal.
To start browsing the catalogue in PRO mode, simply click "PRO Area" (or go back to the homepage). From that point on, the entire site is unlocked in professional mode: Net prices, full catalogue, and dedicated browsing across every page.
How to tell you're in PRO mode
When you're logged in as a professional, the experience is different from the public one. For example, the homepage no longer shows the "PRO CATALOGUE PREVIEW" button or the messages aimed at people who haven't registered yet: you see your catalogue directly, with Net prices. If you still see the "preview" version or retail prices, it means you haven't logged in yet.
FAQ
Do I have to log in to place an order? No. But if you don't log in, your order is processed as a private customer: retail prices and a reduced catalogue. To get Net prices and the full catalogue, log in before ordering, better still as soon as you arrive on the site.
I forgot my password. No password is needed: you log in using a temporary code sent to your email.
I'm not receiving the code. Check your spam folder. If you have the Shop app, you can log in directly from there. If you run into trouble, contact us (WhatsApp/Email 24/7).
