You can now shop on cliCHair simply by writing to your AI assistant, such as ChatGPT or Claude. You say what you need, it finds the products and prepares the order. You only pay when you decide.
How it works, in 3 steps
Press the button for your assistant and follow the instructions on the screen.
It will ask you to sign in with your email. You only do this once.
Copy the text below and send it to your assistant, like a normal message:
From then on, your assistant becomes your cliCHair personal shopper: it looks on our shop first and gives you good advice.
Write the way you would talk in a shop. For example:
When the order is ready, you see a page with the products, shipping and total. Press Approve to pay, or Decline to cancel.
Prices are the same as on the website. Want to pay with Twint? Ask your assistant for the cart link: it opens on clichair.ch.
For colour and bleaching, first ask clichAIr, our free AI consultant, or your hairdresser for advice.
AI assistants always use public prices. For your PRO prices, order from your cliCHair account with Quick Order.

I use another assistant
If your assistant accepts an MCP server, add https://mcp.shop.com/. Otherwise paste the message from step 2: it will show you the way. All the options are on shop.md.
How do I check that it works?
Ask your assistant: "Are you connected to Shop?". If it answers with your account, you are ready.
How do I disconnect it?
Whenever you want, from shop.com/account/connections.
Is it safe?
You only sign in on the official Shop screen. Never give codes or passwords to your assistant.
FAQ
Does it cost anything?
No. The Shop connection is free and the prices are those of the website.
Do I need a Shop account?
You can also search without one. With an account, your assistant remembers your addresses and follows your orders. You create it for free when you sign in.
Can the assistant buy on its own?
No: by default you approve every purchase. Only if you turn it on yourself in the Shop app (under Connections) can it pay automatically, within a budget you set.
Can I pay with Twint?
Yes, by ordering on the website: ask your assistant for the cart link, it opens on clichair.ch.
I run a salon: will I see my PRO prices?
No. AI assistants use public prices. For PRO prices, order from your cliCHair account.
