What is Grace Color 1B?
Grace Color 1B by NIKA is a professional ammonia-free permanent colour cream: a black with a blue reflect, level 1, that covers grey hair. The blue reflect gives a cool, deep black that shows in the light. Dermatologically tested, it is mixed with Activators at 1:1.5, and one 60 ml tube is one application.

The starting base decides the colour
Grace Color 1B is a black with a blue reflect, level 1: it does not lift, because there is no darker base to lift. The base decides only the Activator volume and the time: tone on tone on a level 1 base, deposit on a lighter one.

Grace Color 1B on a level 1 base with regrowth: formula and times
Starting point: level 1, natural or coloured, regrowth to cover.
Formula: 60 ml of Grace Color 1B + 90 ml of Activators 10 vol (1:1.5).
Processing time: 30 minutes on the regrowth (35 with white hair), then emulsify through lengths and ends for 5-10 minutes.
Result: the shade is reached at its own level, with no lift.
Grace Color 1B on a lighter natural base: deposit
Starting point: a natural base lighter than level 1, with or without white hair.
Formula: 60 ml of Grace Color 1B + 90 ml of Activators 10 vol (1:1.5).
Processing time: 30 minutes (35 with white hair).
Result: deposits colour and darkens the base to level 1.
Note: on bleached or very light hair, pre-pigment first (see the tips).
How to use Grace Color 1B
- Wear gloves. Apply on dry, unwashed hair.
- Mix 60 ml of Grace Color 1B with 90 ml of Activator (1:1.5), choosing the volume from the table above.
- Natural hair, first application: apply to lengths and ends and leave for 15 minutes, then apply to the roots and leave the whole head for the time in the table.
- Coloured hair, regrowth: apply to the roots for the time in the table, then dampen, emulsify and bring the colour through lengths and ends for 5-10 minutes.
- Rinse until the water runs clear, then finish with a shampoo for colour-treated hair and a nourishing conditioner or mask.
Expert colourist tips for Grace Color 1B
- Many white hairs: add the natural shade of the same level in proportion to the white hair: with 50% white hair, half Grace Color 1.0 and half 1B, still mixed 1:1.5.
- Regrowth: after the time on the roots, many colourists leave the colour on lengths and ends for 15-20 minutes, adjusting it to the white hair.
- Processing by zones: many colourists adjust the processing time zone by zone to the percentage of white hair.
- Darkening onto light hair: to go from a bleached or very light base to 1B, pre-pigment first with a shade slightly lighter than 1B, at 5 or 10 vol, for 20 minutes.
- Mixing shades: never mix warm tones (copper, gold, red) with ash shades in the same formula: they cancel each other out.

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.
Under CHF 99 shipping costs CHF 5.80. From CHF 99 it is free.
Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.
All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels
If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.
If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.
For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.
If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
Subscription
On products that offer it you can set up automatic delivery every 30 or 60 days, with automatic billing. Subscribers have priority access to stock.
You can pause, skip a delivery, change address or payment method and cancel at any time from your account, with no penalty.
Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing: once the order has been generated they no longer apply to that shipment.
