How to use

  1. Mix 50 ml of colour cream with 75 ml of Activator (1:1.5), choosing 20 or 30 vol depending on the desired intensity: 20 vol for grey coverage, 30 vol for a deeper, more intense result.
  2. On virgin hair, apply first to the lengths and ends and leave for 15 minutes, then apply to the roots and process to a total of 30 minutes.
  3. On previously coloured hair, apply only to the regrowth and process for 30 minutes, then slightly dampen and emulsify the colour towards the ends for a further 5-10 minutes.
  4. Add a little lukewarm water, massage gently to emulsify, then rinse until the water runs clear.
  5. Apply a colour-protecting shampoo followed by a nourishing conditioner to seal the colour and extend its longevity.

Results and expectations

A deep, natural medium brown with full 100% grey coverage and no unwanted undertones, for a uniform, luminous result. The ammonia-free formula with hydrolyzed keratin, grape seed oil, argan oil and shea butter is gentle on the fibre and helps keep it soft. As a permanent colour it grows out at the roots: plan a touch-up every 4 to 6 weeks.

Safety and patch test

Carry out an allergy alert test 48 hours before each application. This is an oxidative colour for professional use: for major changes, lightening or colour correction, rely on a qualified colourist. Wear gloves, avoid contact with the eyes and do not apply on an irritated scalp.

Yes. Grace Color develops with an ethanolamine alkaliser instead of ammonia, for a gentler service on the scalp while keeping full grey coverage.

Shipping costs and delivery times

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.

Under CHF 150 shipping costs CHF 5.80. Over CHF 150 it is free.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
