Grace Color 8.1 Light Ash Natural Blonde is a professional ammonia-free permanent colour cream from the Grace Color range. A level 8 light blonde with a cool ash reflect that neutralises unwanted golden tones for a natural, refined finish. Suitable for full grey coverage and tonal corrections, it must be mixed with developer before use.

How to use

  1. Mix 60 ml of colour cream with 90 ml of NIKA Activator (1:1.5): 20 vol for grey coverage, 30 vol for a brighter shade and greater lift.
  2. On natural hair, distribute evenly on mid-lengths and ends and process for 15 minutes, then apply to the roots for a further 30 minutes.
  3. On previously coloured hair, apply only to the regrowth and process for 30 minutes, then lightly dampen and emulsify through mid-lengths and ends for the last 5-10 minutes.
  4. Add a small amount of lukewarm water and gently massage to emulsify the colour for an even, radiant finish.
  5. Rinse until the water runs clear, then wash with a colour-safe shampoo to seal the colour.

Results and expectations

A cool, balanced light ash blonde that neutralises yellow tones for a natural, brassy-free result, with full grey coverage at 20 vol. The ammonia-free formula with avocado oil, blueberry extract and pecan protein helps keep the fibre soft and shiny. As a permanent colour it grows out at the roots: plan a touch-up every 4 to 6 weeks.

Shipping costs and delivery times

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.

Under CHF 150 shipping costs CHF 5.80. Over CHF 150 it is free.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
