New Density Shampoo by NIKA is a scalp shampoo of the Healthy Scalp line for fragile hair that looks thinner: it leaves the scalp clean and fresh and the hair light, easy to comb and shinier, in a 250 ml bottle for home use and for the salon wash basin. It is massaged into the scalp, left on for 2-3 minutes and rinsed with lukewarm water. The formula contains walnut seed extract, grape seed extract, peppermint oil and Menthyl Lactate for a fresh feel, in a cleansing base of Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate without SLES or SLS.

Under CHF 99 shipping costs CHF 5.80. From CHF 99 it is free.
Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.
All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels
If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.
If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.
For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.
If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
