What is New Density Treatment?
New Density Treatment by NIKA is a leave-in scalp lotion of the Healthy Scalp line for fragile hair that looks thinner: it absorbs quickly, gives the scalp a fresh, cooling sensation and keeps the hair light, in a 100 ml bottle for home use and for scalp services in the salon. It is applied to the towel-dried scalp after the wash, massaged in until absorbed and not rinsed. The formula combines Menthol and Menthyl Lactate for a fresh feel with Vanillyl Butyl Ether, Eruca Sativa leaf extract, walnut seed extract and Panthenol.

How to use New Density Treatment
- Wash with New Density Shampoo, massaging the scalp; leave on for 2-3 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.
- Towel-dry the hair.
- Apply about 5 ml of New Density Treatment directly to the scalp, section by section, and massage gently with circular movements until absorbed. Do not rinse.
- Comb through gently and style as usual.
- Avoid washing the hair for 24 hours after application. Use after every wash.
For professionals
- Service: scalp treatment after the wash, about 15 minutes, before the blow-dry.
- Amount per service: about 5 ml; a 100 ml bottle gives around 20 applications.

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.
Under CHF 99 shipping costs CHF 5.80. From CHF 99 it is free.
Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.
All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels
If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.
If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.
For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.
If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
