What is Radiance Treatment?

Radiance Treatment by NIKA, from the Age Restore line, is an intensive rinse-out treatment in 13 ml vials that gives dry, dull or weakened hair softness, elasticity and a luminous shine. One vial is mixed with 25 ml of water into a smooth cream, applied from roots to ends and left on for 15 minutes under a cap, once a month. Sodium Hyaluronate and grape seed oil care for the lengths, while pearlescent mineral pigments reflect the light for a radiant look; the pack holds 6 vials. The formula, created for dry hair, contains NIKA's Reborn Complex and Color Guard, designed for a bright, long-lasting colour.

How to use Radiance Treatment

  1. Wash the hair and gently towel-dry it.
  2. Mix one vial of Radiance Treatment with 25 ml of water to create a smooth cream.
  3. Apply along the entire length, from roots to ends, using the Flexion (L) brush for uniform, gentle distribution.
  4. Divide the hair into sections and cover it with a cap. Leave on for 15 minutes.
  5. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, then apply Nika Age Restore Deep Conditioner for an even softer, shinier finish.
  6. Complete the styling with the Flexion (L) brush again.
  7. Use once a month, or twice a month for the first three months on particularly dry hair.

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.

Under CHF 99 shipping costs CHF 5.80. From CHF 99 it is free.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
