How to use Reconstructive Ritual Inside

1. Wet the hair with lukewarm water, apply about 10 ml of Reconstructive Shampoo 250 and work into a lather from roots to ends. Leave on for 2-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
2. Towel-dry the hair well and apply about 20 ml of Reconstructive Mask 175 to the lengths and ends, section by section.
3. Comb the mask through with the Flexion (L) brush and leave on for 5-10 minutes, longer on more sensitised hair. Rinse thoroughly and towel-dry.
4. Apply about 3 ml of Reconstructive Fluid to the most damaged lengths and ends, keeping it off the scalp, and leave for about 5 minutes.
5. Do not rinse the fluid: blow-dry and style as usual.
