How to use
- Mix 1 part Vibrant Color 10.28 with 1 part developer (1:1): 10 vol (3%) for toning or light coverage, 20 vol (6%) for tone-on-tone colour and grey coverage, 30 vol (9%) to enhance the reflect, 40 vol (12%) for high-level lightening.
- Apply to dry, unwashed hair, distributing evenly on lengths and ends and leaving 2 cm from the roots.
- After 10-15 minutes, apply to the roots and leave on for a further 20-25 minutes.
- For touch-ups, apply to the regrowth for 20 minutes, then comb through the lengths for a further 10 minutes.
- Add a few drops of warm water and emulsify to even out the colour, then rinse thoroughly and finish with a colour-safe shampoo.

A cool, pearly platinum blonde with iridescent ash reflect that keeps unwanted yellow in check for an ultra-luminous finish. For the cleanest cool result, work on a light or pre-lightened base and choose 20 or 30 vol. Panthenol and hydrolyzed wheat protein help protect the fibre during processing.
