Vibrant Color 10.28 Precious Platinum is a professional permanent colour cream from the Vibrant Color range. A cool, pearly platinum blonde (level 10) with an ash-iridescent reflect that neutralises unwanted yellow tones for a luminous, neutral-cool result. It is mixed with developer for salon application.

How to use
- Mix 1 part Vibrant Color 10.28 with 1 part developer (1:1): 10 vol (3%) for toning or light coverage, 20 vol (6%) for tone-on-tone colour and grey coverage, 30 vol (9%) to enhance the reflect, 40 vol (12%) for high-level lightening.
- Apply to dry, unwashed hair, distributing evenly on lengths and ends and leaving 2 cm from the roots.
- After 10-15 minutes, apply to the roots and leave on for a further 20-25 minutes.
- For touch-ups, apply to the regrowth for 20 minutes, then comb through the lengths for a further 10 minutes.
- Add a few drops of warm water and emulsify to even out the colour, then rinse thoroughly and finish with a colour-safe shampoo.
Results and expectations
A cool, pearly platinum blonde with iridescent ash reflect that keeps unwanted yellow in check for an ultra-luminous finish. For the cleanest cool result, work on a light or pre-lightened base and choose 20 or 30 vol. Panthenol and hydrolyzed wheat protein help protect the fibre during processing. As a permanent colour it grows out at the roots: plan a regrowth touch-up every 4 to 6 weeks.

Safety and patch test
Carry out an allergy alert test 48 hours before each application. This is an oxidative colour for professional use: for major changes, lightening or colour correction, rely on a qualified colourist. Wear gloves, avoid contact with the eyes and do not apply on an irritated scalp.

Yes. Mix 10.28 with other Vibrant Color shades for an even cooler or more customised result. For a clean platinum, start from a light, evenly pre-lightened base.

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.
Under CHF 99 shipping costs CHF 5.80. From CHF 99 it is free.
Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.
All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels
If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.
If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.
For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.
If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
Subscription
On products that offer it you can set up automatic delivery every 30 or 60 days, with automatic billing. Subscribers have priority access to stock.
You can pause, skip a delivery, change address or payment method and cancel at any time from your account, with no penalty.
