How to use
- Mix 1 part Vibrant Color 4.20 with 1 part developer (1:1): 10 vol to darken or tone without lifting, 20 vol for tone-on-tone colour or grey coverage, 30 vol for more intense reflects and extra shine, 40 vol for a bolder result with higher contrast.
- On virgin hair, apply to the mid-lengths and ends and leave for 10-15 minutes, then distribute to the roots and leave for a further 20-25 minutes.
- On previously coloured hair, apply to the regrowth and leave for 20 minutes, then comb through the lengths for the last 10 minutes.
- Emulsify with a few drops of lukewarm water and massage gently for 3-4 minutes to even out the colour, then rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear.
- Finish with a colour-safe shampoo.
Results and expectations
A deep brown lit by intense violet reflects, even from roots to ends and full grey coverage at 20 vol. P-Phenylenediamine sets the depth, while glyceryl stearate SE, hydrolyzed wheat protein, panthenol and botanical extracts help protect and nourish the fibre during processing, leaving hair soft and luminous. As a permanent colour it grows out at the roots: plan a regrowth touch-up every 4 to 6 weeks.
