Xflex Spider Hair Wax is the fibrous, texturising wax of the Xflex range: a lightweight stringy texture with extra-strong hold that separates and defines strands for spiky, textured, lived-in looks with a semi-gloss finish.

What is Xflex Spider Hair Wax?

Xflex Spider Hair Wax is a fibre wax built for texture and definition. The PVP and VP/VA copolymers create the signature stringy, web-like fibres that separate strands and lock the shape, while beeswax gives extra-strong hold and a semi-gloss finish. Within the Xflex waxes it is the texturising, strand-separating one, distinct from the smooth shine of Glowing and Strongly Hair Wax and from the matte pastes.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
