Xflex Wax Gel is the wax-gel hybrid of the Xflex range: it combines the strong, defining hold of a wax with the shine and flexibility of a gel, for sculpted, glossy, strand-separated looks that stay reshapeable and never stiff.

How to use

  1. Warm a small amount between your hands.
  2. Apply to towel-dried hair and blow-dry for a sculpted, lasting look; or apply to dry hair for more definition and extra hold.
  3. For volume, work into the roots of damp hair before blow-drying.

Tip: on short hair you can reactivate the style the next day by moistening your hands and reworking the strands. Avoid over-applying.

Shipping costs and delivery times

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.

Under CHF 150 shipping costs CHF 5.80. Over CHF 150 it is free.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
Subscription

On products that offer it you can set up automatic delivery every 30 or 60 days, with automatic billing. Subscribers have priority access to stock.

You can pause, skip a delivery, change address or payment method and cancel at any time from your account, with no penalty.

Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing: once the order has been generated they no longer apply to that shipment.

Each order is billed at the price in force on that day.
