Its ammonia-free, ready-to-use formula deposits direct pigments on pre-lightened hair, neutralising yellow tones and delivering a crystalline, ice-cool platinum reflection with healthy shine. No oxidiser is required and the colour fades gradually and evenly.

Results
A cool, luminous platinum blonde with yellow tones neutralised, crystalline shine and an even, sophisticated reflection that fades gradually without shifting to unwanted hues.
How to use
- Wash with a gentle shampoo and towel-dry to remove excess water. Do not apply conditioner or masks beforehand, so the pigment adheres perfectly.
- On pre-lightened hair at level 9-10 with no residual yellow, apply Gems 01 Platinum directly, distributing evenly through lengths and ends.
- For a more intense effect, leave on up to 15 minutes; for a softer, more natural reflection, reduce to 5-10 minutes. Comb through for even application.
- On already-coloured or already-lightened hair, use it to revive the reflection or tone the lengths, leaving on 10-15 minutes.
- Add a little water and gently massage to emulsify, then rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear. No post-application shampoo is needed.

FAQ
Do I need to mix it with an oxidiser? No. It is ready to use and works without ammonia or developer.
What happens if my base is still yellow? Cool platinum shades are built on blue pigments, and blue deposited over residual yellow warmth reads as green. Lighten and neutralise the base to level 9-10 before toning, and run a strand test first.
Can I make the platinum softer? Yes, mix Gems 01 Platinum with Gems C Clear for a lighter, pearlescent tone.
How do I make it last longer? Finish with Stabilizer pH 3.5 and wash with gentle products for coloured hair, free from harsh sulfates.

Shipping costs and delivery times
We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.
Under CHF 99 shipping costs CHF 5.80. From CHF 99 it is free.
Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.
All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels
If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.
If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.
For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.
If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
Subscription
On products that offer it you can set up automatic delivery every 30 or 60 days, with automatic billing. Subscribers have priority access to stock.
You can pause, skip a delivery, change address or payment method and cancel at any time from your account, with no penalty.
Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing: once the order has been generated they no longer apply to that shipment.
Each order is billed at the price in force on that day.
