Grace Color 100 Extra Lift

Grace Color 100 Extra Lift is a professional ammonia-free ultra-lightening colour cream from the Grace Color range. It lifts up to 4-5 levels on naturally light bases without bleach, for a luminous ultra-light blonde free of unwanted undertones, and can also tone after pre-lightening on darker bases. It must always be mixed with an Activator developer.

How to use

  1. Mix Grace Color 100 Extra Lift with Activator in a 1:2 ratio, using 30 or 40 vol depending on the desired lift level.
  2. On naturally light hair, distribute the mixture on mid-lengths and ends and process for 15 minutes, then apply to the roots for a further 30 minutes (up to 4-5 levels of lift without bleach).
  3. On already coloured or naturally dark hair, pre-lighten first to reach the right level, then apply the colour to the roots for 30 minutes and emulsify through the lengths for the last 5-10 minutes.
  4. Do not exceed 60 minutes of total processing time.
  5. Add a little warm water, massage to distribute evenly, then rinse until the water runs clear.
  6. Finish with a gentle, colour-safe shampoo and a nourishing mask.

Results and expectations

A luminous, ultra-light blonde with even coverage and no unwanted undertones, up to 4-5 levels of lift on naturally light bases without bleach. The ammonia-free formula with hydrolyzed keratin, argan oil and shea butter helps keep the fibre elastic and resilient through lightening. As a permanent service it grows out at the roots: plan a touch-up every 4 to 6 weeks, and maintain with anti-yellow care to keep the blonde pure.

Under CHF 150 shipping costs CHF 5.80. Over CHF 150 it is free.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
