What is Grace Color 11.19 Ice?
Grace Color 11.19 Ice (11.19 / 11AP) by NIKA is a professional ammonia-free super lightening colour cream: an ultra light ash pearl blonde that lightens natural hair and colours it in a single step. The two digits after the point give the reflect: .1 ash and .9 pearl, for a cool, icy blonde. Unlike the colour shades, it is mixed 1:2 with Activators; one 60 ml tube is one application. Dermatologically tested.

Grace Color 11.19 Ice lightens natural, uncoloured hair by up to 4 tones and deposits an ultra light ash pearl blonde. It does not lift artificial colour: on coloured hair the lightening is done with Blondeness.

Toning after Grace Color 11.19 Ice: neutralising yellow
When: the result still shows a yellow or orange undertone.
Formula: Grace Color Silver for a cool, silvery result or Grace Color Pearl Rose for a soft pink pearl result, mixed 1:2 with Activators 5 or 10 vol.
Application: on washed, towel-dried hair, checked by eye until the wanted tone is reached.
How to use Grace Color 11.19 Ice
- Wear gloves and use a non-metal bowl.
- Apply on dry, unwashed natural hair.
- Mix 60 ml of Grace Color 11.19 Ice + 120 ml of Activator with 40 vol (1:2).
- Apply section by section and leave for 55 minutes.
- Rinse until the water runs clear, then finish with a shampoo for colour-treated hair and a nourishing conditioner or mask.

- Less lift: for a gentler lift many colourists use 10, 20 or 30 vol and adjust the time between 30 and 60 minutes to the lift wanted.
- Strand test: on a new base, test one strand first: the natural undertone of the hair decides how clean the blonde will be.
- Toning: to neutralise residual yellow, tone with Grace Color Silver or Grace Color Pearl Rose, chosen by the result wanted.
- Mixing shades: never mix warm tones (copper, gold, red) with ash shades in the same formula: they cancel each other out.

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.
Under CHF 99 shipping costs CHF 5.80. From CHF 99 it is free.
Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.
All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels
If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.
If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.
For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.
If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
Subscription
On products that offer it you can set up automatic delivery every 30 or 60 days, with automatic billing. Subscribers have priority access to stock.
You can pause, skip a delivery, change address or payment method and cancel at any time from your account, with no penalty.
Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing: once the order has been generated they no longer apply to that shipment.
