How to use

Mix the colour with Activator in a 1:1.5 ratio: 50 ml of colour cream with 75 ml of activator, at 20 volumes for grey coverage or 30 volumes for a more intense and luminous reflection.
On virgin hair, apply the mixture first on mid-lengths and ends and leave for 15 minutes, then distribute on the roots and leave for a further 30 minutes for uniform coverage.
On previously coloured hair, apply directly to the regrowth and leave for 30 minutes, then slightly wet the hair and emulsify the colour from roots to ends for a further 5-10 minutes.
Add a small amount of lukewarm water and gently massage the colour into the hair to emulsify, then rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear.
Use a shampoo for coloured hair and complete with a nourishing conditioner to seal in the colour.

Results and expectations

A light blonde with a balanced gold reflect that does not turn overly yellow, full grey coverage and a uniform, brilliant result. The ammonia-free formula with grape seed oil, hydrolyzed keratin, jojoba oil and shea butter is gentle on the scalp and helps keep the fibre soft and silky. As a permanent colour it grows out at the roots: plan a touch-up every 4 to 6 weeks.

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
