Each variant is formulated with high-quality ingredients, including rice proteins to strengthen the hair structure and active ingredients like Ammonium Thioglycolate to shape the hair fiber.

Application Protocol:
1. Preparation: Wash your hair with Curly UP Shampoo to remove impurities and product residues. Towel dry to remove excess moisture.
2. Positioning: Section the hair into neat strands and wrap each strand around curlers using perm paper to create the desired curl pattern.
3. Application of Perm UP: Wear protective gloves and apply Perm UP evenly to the wrapped hair. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes, following the specific processing time indicated on the product.
4. Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water to remove all traces of the product.
5. Application of Neutral UP (not included): Apply Neutral UP to the hair still wrapped in curlers and leave it on for the time specified in the instructions. Remove the curlers, gently massage the scalp, and rinse with lukewarm water.

Warnings: This is a professional product intended for use by expert hairdressers only. Contains thioglycolic acid and ammonia. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water and consult a doctor. Always wear protective gloves. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on damaged, irritated hair or sensitive scalp.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
