Pure Pigment 0.62 Red Violet
Pure Pigment 0.62 Red Violet is a highly concentrated mixing pigment for customising and intensifying colour services. A red-violet tone built on Basic Red 51 and Basic Blue 99 direct dyes. It is not used on its own: it is added to a base shade to enrich the reflect, neutralise unwanted tones or create bespoke colours.

How to use
- Add Pure Pigment 0.62 to your base shade at 5% to 15% of the total mixture, depending on the intensity you want (maximum 15%).
- Add the activator at the ratio recommended for the chosen base shade (for example 1:1 or 1:2 with the cream developer).
- Apply to dry, unwashed hair. On virgin hair, start from the mid-lengths and ends for 15-20 minutes, then apply to the roots for a further 20 minutes.
- On previously coloured hair, distribute evenly from roots to ends and leave for 30 minutes.
- Emulsify with a little warm water, massage, then rinse until the water runs clear and finish with a colour-safe shampoo.
Results and expectations
Richer, more luminous red-violet reflects and precise tone correction, with professional intensity and longevity. Because it is concentrated, a small percentage shifts the result noticeably: build intensity gradually and keep within 15%.
What you need with it
Use it with a Vibrant Color or Grace Color base shade and a cream developer such as Oxidizer. To soften the result, lower the percentage in the mix. Safety and patch test

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.
Under CHF 99 shipping costs CHF 5.80. From CHF 99 it is free.
Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.
All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels
If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.
If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.
For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.
If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.

On products that offer it you can set up automatic delivery every 30 or 60 days, with automatic billing. Subscribers have priority access to stock.
You can pause, skip a delivery, change address or payment method and cancel at any time from your account, with no penalty.
