Vibrant Color 5.0 Light Brown is a professional permanent colour cream from the Vibrant Color range. Level 5, a natural light brown with no added reflect, formulated for deep, even, long-lasting colour and full grey coverage. It is mixed with developer for salon application.

How to use

  1. Mix 1 part Vibrant Color 5.0 with 1 part developer (1:1): 20 vol to cover white hair and for intense colour, 10 vol for a natural effect, toning or correcting unwanted reflections, 30 vol for more intense lightening.
  2. On virgin hair, distribute from the lengths and ends and leave on for 10 minutes, then apply to the roots for an additional 25-30 minutes.
  3. On previously coloured hair, apply to the roots first, then comb through the lengths for the last 10 minutes.
  4. Emulsify with a little warm water, massage, then rinse until the water runs clear and finish with a colour-safe shampoo.

Results and expectations

A natural light brown with even tone from roots to ends and full grey coverage at 20 vol. Vegetal liposomes, hydrolyzed keratin and beeswax help protect the fibre during processing, leaving hair soft and shiny. As a permanent colour it grows out at the roots: plan a regrowth touch-up every 4 to 6 weeks.

What you need with it

Safety and patch test

Carry out an allergy alert test 48 hours before each application. This is an oxidative colour for professional use: for major changes, lightening or colour correction, rely on a qualified colourist. Wear gloves, avoid contact with the eyes and do not apply on an irritated scalp.

Shipping costs and delivery times

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.

Under CHF 150 shipping costs CHF 5.80. Over CHF 150 it is free.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
Subscription

On products that offer it you can set up automatic delivery every 30 or 60 days, with automatic billing. Subscribers have priority access to stock.

You can pause, skip a delivery, change address or payment method and cancel at any time from your account, with no penalty.

Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing: once the order has been generated they no longer apply to that shipment.
