How to use

  1. In a non-metallic bowl, mix Vibrant Color 6.7 with developer 1:1. Use 20 vol for grey coverage and 30 vol for lightening.
  2. Apply to dry, unwashed hair. On virgin hair, work through the mid-lengths and ends first, leaving about 2 cm from the roots.
  3. After 15 minutes, apply to the roots and leave for a further 20 minutes.
  4. For touch-ups, apply to the regrowth for 20 minutes, then comb through the lengths for the final 10 minutes.
  5. Emulsify with a little warm water, massage, rinse until clear and finish with a colour-safe shampoo. Use 10 vol for toning or darkening, and 40 vol for more intense lightening.

Results and expectations

The result is a permanent dark blond with a warm tobacco reflect and full grey coverage. Expect a regrowth touch-up every 4 to 6 weeks. Vegetal liposomes and hydrolyzed wheat protein help protect the fibre during processing.

We ship with DHL Express in Switzerland.

Under CHF 150 shipping costs CHF 5.80. Over CHF 150 it is free.

Orders received by 12:00 from Monday to Friday leave the same day. After 12:00 they leave the next business day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders leave on Monday.

All deliveries are made against signature on receipt. You receive the tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged or uncollected parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours: photograph the packaging and the products, keep the box for the carrier inspection, and send us the images together with your order number. We file the claim with DHL.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failure to collect within the deadline or refusal on delivery, both the carrier return costs and the original shipping fee are deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt, from the self-service area of your account or by writing to customer care.

For hygiene reasons we only accept products that are intact, unused and still sealed. If the seal is open or the product shows signs of use, the return is refused.

If the error is ours, the return is free. Otherwise return shipping is at your expense, 5% of the product price is withheld for logistics and quality control, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

The refund is processed within 3 business days of the returned product being checked.
